Denis Fairhead
Denis Fairhead, an Ottawa goldsmith with over 44 years of experience, began his career as a repair technician for several local jewellers before spending 12 years with Goldform Manufacturing Jewellers. He later became the owner of New Edinburgh Jewellers. In 2014, Denis founded Denis Fairhead Jewellers, pioneering a direct-to-consumer custom jewelry approach in Ottawa.
Denis instilled a deep commitment to both quality and customer service in his business. His philosophy is straightforward: never sacrifice craftsmanship, and ensure the process is enjoyable for every client. This dedication has led Denis Fairhead Jewellers to grow primarily through word-of-mouth, with 90% of customers coming from referrals.
