How our Process Works
Week 1
Design Consultation
We start with getting to know your vision and the specifics of your custom piece. This is when you can share your ideas, inspirations, and preferences around materials, design, and size.
Our team is here to offer expert guidance, answer all your questions, and ensure we align with both your style and budget.
After gathering these details, we’ll prepare a personalized quote just for you.
Week 2 - 3
Bringing your Vision to Life
Once we receive your deposit, we’ll create a 3D rendering to give you a clear preview of your custom piece. This digital model allows you to review and fine-tune any elements to ensure it perfectly matches your vision. After you approve the design, we’ll proceed to production, where the piece begins to take shape.
Week 3 - 6
Crafting & Delivery
With your design approved, we move into production. Our artisans carefully cast the metal, set your chosen stones, and then meticulously sand and polish the ring to perfection. Finally, the entire piece undergoes our rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our high standards.
Once it’s ready, your custom piece is carefully packaged and delivered to you, ready to become a cherished part of your story.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we use Lab-Created or Natural Diamonds?
We use both Lab-Created and Natural diamonds, depending on what you prefer and what suits your budget. We typically recommend Lab-Created diamonds as they are conflict-free and considerably cheaper than Natural Diamonds, while being chemically the exact same.
Do you use gemstones and other unusual stones?
Yes! We work with a number of suppliers to source exactly what you need. If you have an unusual request, feel free to ask. We will find whats needed to make your vision come to life.
How long does the custom process take?
Our typical process takes 4 - 6 weeks, however this can vary depending on your needs. We've made pieces in as little as 2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline in mind, let us know as early as possible.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes! Let us know if you require a rush order with a tight timeline and we will do everything we can to accommodate. We have made pieces in as little as 2 weeks.
How much does a custom piece cost?
This will depend on the specifics of your ring. We have created pieces for $500 all the way up to $20,000. We work with you to make something incredible within your budget.
